Gaoua: The Gaoua multipurpose hall was the venue for the regional forum on presidential initiatives on Saturday, uniting key stakeholders from the Southwest region to focus on major developmental priorities.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the forum was held under the high patronage of His Excellency the Prime Minister, who was represented by the Minister of State, Minister of Territorial Administration and Mobility, €š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬¦¡¬‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬¦¡¬°mile Zerbo. The meeting was chaired by the regional Governor, Siaka Barro. Initiated by Ci©lo Vinsint© Hien, a mission officer at the presidency of Faso, the forum aimed to synthesize conclusions from provincial forums to inform planning for major future projects.
Minister of State mile Zerbo highlighted the significant public turnout, reiterating that the presidential initiatives are designed to enhance the economic and social development efforts of ministries and local authorities. Governor Siaka Barro underscored the forum’s role in fostering a participatory approach to identifying locally adapted solutions for sustainable development.
The event was also sponsored by El Hadj Alhassane Sienou, Chairman and CEO of Agro-Tropic CHEM and First Vice-President of the National Council of Burkinabe Employers.
