Banwa/back to school: DPEPPNF encourages teachers and students

The Provincial Director of Preschool, Primary and Non-Formal Education (DPEPPNF) of Banwa Pedro Blaise Coulibaly encouraged students and their teachers on Tuesday in Solenzo at the end of the kick-off to the start of the school year, noted an AIB journalist on site.

The provincial director of preschool, primary and non-formal education of Banwa Pedro Blaise Coulibaly, accompanied by the Heads of Basic Education Districts of Solenzo 1 and Solenzo 2, toured the schools in the city this Tuesday, October 1 , the first day back to school, to encourage teachers and students who have returned to class.

According to Mr. Coulibaly, this outing is to have an idea of ??the situation of the students and teachers present and also to give expectations in order to meet certain challenges. “Today is a celebration for us teachers, for students and parents because on the first day of school everyone is happy. At Solenzo A school, little Boussira Zoungrana, a CM2 student, prayed at the request of the DPEPPNF. “I ask God to give us health, peace, intelligence, and know-how to obtain the CEP and enter sixth grade,” she said.

Classes are scheduled to start on October 3 in some schools and in the days that follow, CM2 students will take a level test in French and arithmetic in order to better organize themselves for good results at the end of the school year.
