Ouagadougou: The baccalaureate success rate increases from 42.26% in 2023 to 57.56% in 2024 in the province of Ioba.

This year 2024, a total of 1409 candidates including 570 girls and 839 boys took part in the BAC in the two series, A4 and D in the Ioba.

The province recorded 811 admissions, a success rate of 57.56%.

We note an improvement compared to 2023 where the success rate was 42.26%. The girls obtained with 314 admitted, a success percentage of 55.09%. And the boys had a 59.24% success rate with 497 admitted.

Candidates from series A4 achieved a success rate of 66.57% and those from series D obtained 48.11%.

Note that the Saint Tarsicius minor seminary of Ligwaré did 100% in the BAC this year with 14 candidates.
