INFANTINO ARRIVES IN JOHANNESBURG TO MEET AFRICAN FOOTBALL CHIEFS

JOHANNESBURG, FIFA President Gianni Infantino has arrived in South Africa for an unprecedented summit with African national football association leaders at the South African Football Association (SAFA) headquarters here.

Each of Africa's 54 member countries of FIFA have been invited to the executive summit with Infantino to discuss general issues in the game and to explain FIFA's plans to expand the World Cup and changes to its development structures.

Infantino says FIFA wants to increase the number of African teams playing in the World Cup.
