Ouagadougou: The Forces Vives are gradually being put in place for discussions with the Head of State, Captain Ibrahim Traoré.

A speech by the president is planned, followed by discussions.

A total of 12 delegates representing each component of the Forces Vives will speak to address their concerns to President Traoré.
