Zondoma: High Commissioner Aboubacar Sidiki Nabé welcomed the improvement of the security situation in the province before urging the population to continue their support for the Combatant Forces. The Zondoma forces took part in the traditional raising of the colours, which took place this Monday, November 4, 2024, at the provincial directorate of the Environment in Gourcy.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the provincial Environment Directorate hosted the event on Monday, November 4, 2024, which occurs on the first Monday of each month. High Commissioner Aboubacar Sidiki Nabé, presiding over the ceremony, expressed satisfaction with the ongoing improvements in the security landscape of Zondoma province.

Despite the positive developments, he advised residents to remain vigilant and continue their support for the Combatant Forces, attributing the advancements in security to their efforts. He highlighted that several schools have resumed classes, although a few villages are still awaiting resettlement
in the province, which has faced challenging times due to insecurity.
