Ouagadougou: The results of the direct civil service competitive examinations for the 2025 session are set to be published gradually, with all deliberations expected to be made available before September 30, 2025. This announcement was made by Suanyaba Rodrigue Oboulbiga, the president of the national steering committee for the competitions.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the timely dissemination of these results aligns with one of the contractual objectives assigned to the Minister in charge of the Civil Service. The aim is to fulfill the goals outlined in the contract of objectives, as explained by the committee’s president, Suanyaba Rodrigue Oboulbiga.

The Council of Ministers, during its ordinary meeting on January 22, 2025, authorized the recruitment of 11,404 public agents. This recruitment includes 4,348 individuals through professional competitions and 7,056 through direct competitions followed by training.

The digital platforms recorded 2,401,977 applications in 2025, marking an increase from 2,005,158 applications in 2024. This surge in applications reflects the growing interest in civil service positions within the country.
