Kinshasa: The president of the Burkinabe Football Federation, Oumarou Sawadogo, joined the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) during the 47th Ordinary General Assembly of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) held Monday in Kinshasa (DR Congo), we learned from the governing body of Burkinabe football.
According to Burkina Information Agency, “The 47th CAF General Assembly held today in Kinshasa will highlight that President Oumarou Sawadogo is now a member of the FIFA Stadium and Security Committee,” announced the FBF communications department.
The Burkinabe football governing body was doubly honored, as the advisor to President Ousmane Boly also joined the FIFA Development Committee.
