Rabat: The golden boot of the co-top scorer of the Under-17 Africa Cup of Nations (CAN U17 Morocco 2025), the Etalon cadet Achraf Loukman Tapsoba was presented to the Burkinabe delegation present in Rabat for the preparation of the Etalons A’, we learned Saturday from the Burkinabe Football Federation (FBF).

According to Burkina Information Agency, “This Saturday in Rabat, the Burkinabe delegation preparing for the 2025 CHAN had the honor of receiving, from the hands of a CAF representative, the long-awaited Achraf Loukman Tapsoba trophy,” announced the FBF.

The FBF clarified that the “Joint top scorer of the 2025 U17 AFCON, the young Burkinabe prodigy, had not yet received his trophy, raising questions and frustration. CAF, in a letter, had promised a later delivery. This has now been done.”

Achraf Loukman Tapsoba and Ivorian Alynho Hadara were joint top scorers at the U17 AFCON in Morocco, each with seven goals. On the day of the final, CAF awarded only one trophy to the Ivorian player, promising the Burkinabe his own later.
