CHAN2024 Preparations: The A’ Stallions at Work in Rabat

Ouagadougou: The Burkina Faso Stallions A’ began yesterday, Thursday, in Rabat, the Moroccan capital, their preparation for the 8th African Nations Championship (CHAN 2024), we learned from the Burkinabe Football Federation (FBF).



According to Burkina Information Agency, “Arriving in the Moroccan capital early in the morning of July 17, Issa Balbon©’s players began their preparation for the 2025 CHAN,” announced the FBF. The Burkinabe football governing body announced that this is a “first warm-up with an indoor session to wake up the muscles and get in shape for the rest of the program.” The Stallions A will continue their preparation with training sessions in Rabat and will play friendly matches.



The FBF indicates that “the countdown has begun. The objective: to start the competition in the best possible conditions.” The Burkinabe team will travel to Dar Es Salaam for the competition, where it will face Tanzania, one of the three host countries, in the opening match.



The 2024 CHAN, postponed to 2025, will be held from August 2 to 30 in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.
