Mr. Taro expressed gratitude to the school principals for their commitment and presence on September 15, 2025, marking the administrative start of the school year. In his address, he emphasized the importance of recruiting school-age students to foster inclusive and equitable education. He also reiterated the necessity of implementing ongoing educational reforms, such as introducing English language instruction, maintaining school gardens, respecting Faso danfani, promoting endogenous canteens, and teaching national languages.

The discussions highlighted both the advancements made and the
significant obstacles that need to be overcome to ensure a successful and high-quality return to school. A critical issue identified was the shortage of teachers, which requires immediate attention.
