Noumbiel/jeppc: The High Commissioner invites the population to carry out patriotic and civic acts. The High Commissioner of the province of Noumbiel, Drissa HEMA, invited the entire population, on the occasion of the solemn ceremony of raising the national colors marking the launch of the 2nd phase of the National Days of Patriotic Commitment and Citizen Participation, to carry out patriotic and civic acts.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the second phase of the national days of patriotic commitment and citizen participation, scheduled from October 2 to 16, 2025, began in Noumbiel with a solemn ceremony of raising the national colors. This event aligns with similar activities occurring in other provinces of the region.

On the occasion, Mr. HEMA, following the speech of the President of Faso, urged the entire population to ensure the success of these days in Noumbiel by participating in activities such as sanitation, blood donation, fundraising, and inclusive sports events organized during the two-week period of the JEPPC.

The provincial leader also appealed to residents to uphold order and discipline, safeguard public property, and combat corruption and racketeering.
