Mouhoun: Education Stakeholders Coordinate Actions for a Successful Return to School

Mouhoun: The Head of the Kona Basic Education District (CCEB), Frdric Sama, chaired the end-of-third-term meeting on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, to assess achievements, reorganize certain services and outline the prospects for the 2025-2026 school year.



According to Burkina Information Agency, the work focused on four items on the agenda, namely the review of third-quarter activities, a reminder of tasks by office, the outlook for the 2025-2026 school year and miscellaneous items. As part of the assessment, a round table discussion allowed each manager to present the activities carried out over the past three months. Overall, the results were deemed satisfactory.



Kona CCEB, Frdric Sama, welcomed and congratulated the combined efforts of all stakeholders in achieving the set objectives. Regarding the operation of the services, particular attention was paid to the examinations and competitions office, initially entrusted to a single agent, who was also responsible for sport and culture. With the agreement of the participants, a reorganization was carried out in the sports and culture section and in personnel management.



Regarding the outlook, the stakeholders formulated practical recommendations for better management of activities for the 2025-2026 school year. Frdric Sama urged everyone to be more collaborative and committed to addressing common challenges. He expressed his gratitude to his local colleagues while inviting them to stay the course to boost the performance of education in the commune of Kona.
