Namentenga: Musician Le Sonrai dedicated his single entitled “Patarb-Taale” on Sunday, October 5, 2025, which means without rancor on October 5, 2025, during a ceremony, under the patronage of the provincial director of primary and non-formal preschool education, Ouiraogo Bernard Kabore with the sponsorship of Dieudonne Nonaba, Benjamin Koudougou and Wendenda Sawadogo. This dedication ceremony mobilized the population and his fans and was an opportunity for the artist to denounce a social fact.
According to Burkina Information Agency, Adoulagania Kirakoe in civil status and his stage name, Le Sonrai, is a young teacher working at the Boulsa D school, in the province of Namentenga, in the Koulse region. On Sunday, October 5, 2025, he dedicated his fifth single, “Patarb-Taale” in Boulsa, after the one titled “My homeland or my death, we will win,” in the presence of a large audience that came out for the occasion.
Sonrai, through music, wants to raise awareness of the current scourges of injustice, illiteracy, and ignorance. The artist recounts the story of a young schoolboy who surprised those around him with his meteoric rise in society. According to him, there is no question of taking revenge for what was done to him when he had nothing.
He thanked the population for their mobilization and invited them to make his music their own. The provincial director in charge of preschool and primary education, Ouiraogo Bernard Kabore, and his provincial colleague in charge of communication, Francis Sakande, were delighted with the quality of the musical work. They also encouraged the artist Le Sonrai and advised him to go to the Burkinabe copyright office (BBDA) for the continuation of his career.
