Nahouri: The principal of the Zecco departmental high school, Isidore Douamba, invited his fellow teachers on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, to be more committed to meeting the challenges at the launch of the 2025-2026 school year. The principal officially launched the activities for the new school year in the presence of students and teaching staff.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Mr. Douamba emphasized the importance of teacher commitment in overcoming the challenges faced by the school. During the launch event, he highlighted the issue of student dropouts, revealing that the high school recorded 46 dropouts over the past year.

Following the launch, a meeting was convened to address various issues with stakeholders in the educational sector. Mr. Douamba urged parents to collaborate with the teaching staff to resolve the dropout problem definitively, stressing the need for collective effort in improving student retention and academic performance.
