Namentenga: State civil servants in Boulsa attended a training session chaired by the High Commissioner of Namentenga Province, Adama Conseiga, focusing on the administrative management of permanent retirement, procedures, and workers’ rights. This session, held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, was conducted by regional civil service directors Madi Zango and Issouf Coulibaly from the Autonomous Civil Servants’ Pension Fund (CARFO).

According to Burkina Information Agency, the training emphasized the definition and scope of administrative acts, the creation of accounts or portals by the Ministry of Civil Service, and the formulation of recommendations for the development of civil servants. The session lasted eight hours and was attended by public officials including provincial civil administrators, directors, and department heads. Topics included exiting the civil service, filing for retirement pensions, occupational risks, and social security contributions. Additionally, issues such as abandonment of posts in high-security areas, individual assessments, and fake diplomas were addressed.

Participants recommended improved monitoring and care for civil servants with physical or mental incapacity, the availability of resources for managing emergency cases like the death of a civil servant, and the automation of administrative act searches. They were also provided with secret codes for remote monitoring of career development through their supervisory ministry’s portal.

Adama Conseiga, the High Commissioner of Namentenga Province, commended participants for attending the session. He expressed gratitude to the communicators for their initiative and encouraged provincial officers for their ongoing efforts in their roles.
