Namentenga’s High Commissioner Urges Action Against Uncivil Acts During JPEC Launch

Namentenga: The High Commissioner of Namentenga Province, Adama Conseiga, officially launched the second phase of the Days of Patriotic Commitment and Citizen Participation (JPEC) in Boulsa, urging the province’s active forces to combat uncivil acts, corruption, and racketeering.



According to Burkina Information Agency, during the launch event on October 2, 2025, Adama Conseiga emphasized the need to fight against behaviors that undermine the Progressive Popular Revolution (RPP) in Burkina Faso. He highlighted President Ibrahim Traore’s message, which called on citizens to eradicate corruption, vandalism, and racketeering for the nation’s development.



The event also featured communications from directors and department heads regarding vaccination programs for domestic animals and ongoing reforms in secondary education for vocational and technical training. The High Commissioner expressed satisfaction with the mobilization and commended the fighting forces risking their lives in operations. He also praised contractor Karim Kormodo for his support in constructing the High Commission’s temporary boundary wall.



Adama Conseiga concluded by thanking students for performing the national anthem in the Moore language and acknowledging the Wendkouni association’s contributions to development. He urged the population to engage in civic actions for the betterment of Namentenga Province.
