Ouagadougou: The New Vision School, under the leadership of its founder Joel Zoma, recently demonstrated its commitment to national development through a significant contribution to Faso Mebo, a presidential initiative. The school organized a day dedicated to this cause, which included activities such as the making of paving stones and the presentation of an envelope containing 216,273 FCFA, equivalent to two tons of cement.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the funds were raised through the joint efforts of students and their parents. The school’s director, Joel Zoma, stated that the goal of the initiative is to inspire children to become active contributors to the nation’s development. He commended the students for their participation and expressed a desire to continue such activities to further collective progress.

CE2 student Alya Sanfo expressed a strong sense of national pride and commitment, saying, “I am Burkinabe and proud of it. I am here this morning to contribute to the building of my country. Next time, I will come back again.”

The event, which took place from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., saw enthusiastic participation from both parents and supervisors, highlighting a shared spirit of solidarity and community involvement.
