Passore: The Secretary General of the Province (SGP) of Passore, Noelie Berehoumdougou/Kabore, officiated the ceremony for the official commencement of the second phase of the National Days of Patriotic Commitment and Citizen Participation (JEPPC) in Yako. The event took place on Monday, October 6, 2025, with the support of the High Commissioner.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the launch was highlighted by a flag-raising ceremony held at the premises of the Provincial Directorate of Secondary Education, Vocational and Technical Training (DPESFPT) of Passore. This ceremony marked the beginning of the activities celebrating the second phase of the JEPPC in the province.

The constituted bodies gathered on the same day in Yako, within the courtyard of the DPESFPT, to participate in the flag-raising event. This act symbolized the starting signal for JEPPC’s second phase activities in Passore. Immediately following the flag ceremony, Mimtiri Oualbeogo, the provincial director of Secondary Education, Vocational and Technical Training, delivered a concise presentation about the management to the province’s constituted bodies.

During his presentation, Oualbeogo shared that the structure currently operates with 8 functional services, employs 31 agents, encompasses 105 establishments, and has a teaching staff of 1200.

In addition to the flag-raising, the second phase of JEPPC 2025 in Passore will include various activities such as a fundraiser to support the presidential initiative Faso Mebo, a blood donation drive, and a sanitation day at the medical center with a surgical antenna (CMA) in Yako. The events will also feature a conference centered around the theme: “For Order and Discipline, I Commit Myself.”
