Nahouri: The President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of the commune of Po, Ilassa Dianda, presided over the solemn raising of the flag this Monday, October 6, 2025. This activity is part of the national days of patriotic commitment and citizen participation.

According to Burkina Information Agency, after participating in the official launch of the national days of patriotic commitment and citizen participation on October 2, 2025, at the Nahouri high commission, the vital forces of the commune of Po continued the celebration of the second phase of the JNEPPC with a raising of the colors. The victory anthem sung in the Kassim language during the raising of the flag and the message from President Ilassa Dianda were the main highlights of the day.

In his address, Dianda commended the robust mobilization of the community’s active forces and urged them to uphold the spirit of this edition’s theme, “Order and discipline: I commit myself.” He emphasized the need for behavioral change to eliminate the evils affecting society and public services, which hinder the nation’s progress. Dianda encouraged support for the Head of State’s initiatives and called on citizens to act as responsible individuals to aid the nation’s development.

Dianda also encouraged every citizen of Po commune to become a member of the “LABAAL” brigade, aiming to set an example for others. Furthermore, he urged the active forces to participate in the various activities organized within the municipality as part of this edition.
