Ouagadougou: The President of Equatorial Guinea, Teodoro Obiang Nguema, expressed to the head of Burkina Faso diplomacy his perfect understanding of the ongoing dynamics in the AES space and said he shared the ambitions and visions countries of the Sahel which are fighting against Western imperialism and its local relays.

During an audience he granted to the Burkinabè Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Cooperation, Karamoko Jean Marie Traoré, the Equatorial Guinean Head of State also expressed his solidarity and that of his Equatorial Guinean people in Burkina Faso as part of the fight against terrorism.

He further highlighted Equatorial Guinea’s interest in strengthening cooperation with the country of Upright Men in areas of mutual interest.

Toedoro Obiang Nguema is known for his anti-imperialist positions and against the arrogance of colonialist powers.

His country is home to a large community of Burkinabè people who are very active in their contribution to the development of Burkina Faso.
