According to Burkina Information Agency, the District Chief Medical Officer (MCD) stated that this day also aims to consolidate social cohesion among the agents: “We organized this day to strengthen cohesion among all healthcare workers, to encourage them despite daily difficulties, and to allow them, for a moment, to leave their health worker clothes and become ordinary individuals again,” she declared.

Continuing her speech, the district’s first manager expressed her pride in her colleagues in these terms: “I am proud of you. Thanks to you, the district has always been able to rise to challenges. Let us maintain the gains made, this cohesion, and this synergy of action for the well-being of our populations,” she urged.

The MCD also thanked the High Commissioner of Comoe Province, Patron of the ceremony, as well as the Regional Director of Health of Tannounyan for their constant support.
