The rehabilitation of the PS-Dano-Diébougou road is behind schedule

Ouagadougou: The Minister of Infrastructure and Opening Up, Adama Luc Sorgho, invites the company to redouble its efforts in the rehabilitation of the PS-Dano-Diébougou road, after noting a delay in the execution of this market, the AIB learned this Friday from an official source.

The rehabilitation works of the PS-Dano-Diébougou road, 93km long, have an execution rate of 33%, for a time consumed of 57%, according to the report of the control mission presented to Minister Adama Luc Sorgho yesterday July 11.

Mr. Sogho called on the company to double its efforts to deliver the track as soon as possible.

The rehabilitation work on this section was launched in May 2023 with a completion time of 20 months excluding the rainy season and an initial cost of 15.237 billion FCFA.

The Minister of Infrastructure and Opening Up is on a monitoring tour of ongoing projects in the South-West. He is expected to visit the construction work on the Gaoua-Batie road.
