Republican vice presidential candidate James David Vance has called on President Joe Biden to resign from his post immediately.

‘Everyone is calling on Joe Biden to stop entering the presidential race, but no one is asking him to leave a presidency filled with an absurd level of cynicism. If you can’t run for president, you can’t be president. He must leave his post now,’ he wrote on X.

The presidential election will take place on November 5 in the United States. The Democratic Party should be represented by Mr. Biden. But his candidacy will still have to be approved at the Democratic convention in Chicago (Illinois), which will be held from August 19 to 22. After Joe Biden’s poor performance during the televised debate against Donald Trump, many Americans, including Democrats, constantly called on the current tenant of the White House to abandon any intention of running again.

This situation has only accentuated dissension within the Democratic Party over the urgency of nominating another Democratic candi
