"With the new partnerships and the sovereign redefinition of our diplomacy, we were able, without complex, not only to acquire the necessary equipment for our armies and our VDPs, but to find solutions for our outlets and our supplies", declared this Tuesday morning Prime Minister Me Apollinaire Joachimson Kyélem of Tambèla.
