The province of Namentenga recorded on June 16, 2024, following the final results of the examinations for the Brevet d’études professionales (BEP) and the certificate of professional aptitude (CAP) for the 2024 session, a success rate of 79.61% compared to 80.98% in 2023.
According to the provincial director of post-primary and secondary education of Namentenga, Abdoulaye Yarbanga, the final results of 79.61% against 80.98% in 2023 are slightly down compared to the previous session .
Of the 206 candidates who applied for the different BEP and CAP sectors, particularly in the civil engineering masonry/construction, metal construction, electricity, commercial administration and accounting sectors for the 2024 session, 164 candidates were declared admitted, i.e. a success rate of 79.61%.
For the BEP, 83 candidates were declared admitted out of 124 candidates, i.e. a rate of 66.93%, and for the CAP, 81 were admitted out of 82 candidates, i.e. 98.78%.
The provincial rate which is 79.61% is slightly down compar
ed to the 2023 session which was 80.98%.
The provincial director of post-primary and secondary education of Namentenga, Abdoulaye Yarbanga took the opportunity to congratulate the winners and education stakeholders for the results achieved, despite the difficult security context.
